Subscription Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your subscription by contacting support. After cancellation, paid features may remain available until the end of the active billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
Because AlgoBacktest is a digital software and analytics service, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or backtests have been used.
A refund may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment, payment error, or a verified technical issue where the platform could not provide access after payment.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Bank/payment gateway timelines may vary and can take 5-10 business days after approval.
